So I would request each one of you to at least have some sort of regularity, preferably daily – maybe even five minutes is okay – but do it every day at the same point of time, 5 o’ clock in the morning, 6 o’ clock in the morning, 9 o’ clock in the morning, 9.09 at night, whatever. But do it at the same time every day at least once. That will put you into a system whereby your system is going to respond to the universal call. This is what I want to tell each one of you. Please try to be regular so far as the clock is concerned.

Human emotions and consciousness interact with each other and encode information in the geomagnetic field. Thereby, information is communicated nonlocally between people at a subconscious level, which, in effect, links all living systems and influences collective consciousness. Thus, a feedback loop exists between all human beings and the earth’s energetic systems. It is further proposed that when coherently aligned individuals are intentionally creating physiologically coherent waves, they more effectively resonate with and encode information in the planetary magnetic fields. These magnetic fields act as carrier waves, thereby positively influencing all living systems contained within the field environment and the collective consciousness.

Just be with the natural, soft & peaceful breath through the nose.
Feel the breath floating through your heart & chest and be centered.
If thoughts are coming up, just smile to them and come back to the natural breath.
We are all consciously connected via our hearts at the same time(s).
Feel the rising energy of every living being and mother earth.
Our heart & our light is pulsating in a harmonic rhythm.

How to Meditate
It’s giving. Just give.
And just be quiet and merge.
Just be with total surrender, in complete faith… and that meditation collectively done will generate the positive healing energy for all of us. Not asking for anyone special, not even for the betterment of general life. Nothing… Just surrender and just be.
